Centennial Art Show Featuring Gulfport Artists

The City of Gulfport and the Gulfport City of Imagination Arts Center are sponsoring The Gulfport Centennial Art Celebration:

October 16th
from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

October 17th
from 10:00 am -3:00 pm

At the historic Gulfport Casino located on the beach in the downtown Waterfront District.

The goal is to showcase 100 works of art by Gulfport artists in honor of our 100th birthday.

Any visual artist who lives or has lived in Gulfport, grew up in Gulfport, works in Gulfport, is a student in a Gulfport school or is a member of the Gulfport Arts Center is eligible for the exhibit. Works will be judged by a professional artist. Award winners will receive ribbons and an invitation to exhibit work in the Catherine Hickman Theater lobby during 2011. In addition, there will be Purchase Awards provided by the City and others.
