Body Sculpt/Cardio Kickboxing Classes
Get a jump start with your New Year’s resolution with two new classes. These classes include a combination of aerobics, strength training, and kickboxing designed to raise your heart rate into a “cardio zone”. The fee will be $5 per class or $8 if you do both classes on the same night and will be held on Tuesdays, starting in January. Cardio Kickboxing is from 6-6:45 p.m. followed by Body sculpt from 6:45-7:30 in the Game Room at the Gulfport Recreation Center.
