We have a long way to go but every cent is put away for this to happen. Thanks to all the wonderful musicians that always give there time to help out the Blueberry Patch, and the people that come to listen. Without you the Patch could not survive.
Bone to Pick is a trio comprised of a wide range of musical talent. Steve Shabala on mandolin and vocals, Clint McWilliams on banjo, and Brian Smeed on bass, will be bringing it to you hard and fast. A little bit of original stuff, some classic covers and good ole traditional Bluegrass. You will also be blessed with Clints lovely wife Tara with her amorous vocals joining in for some tunes.
Justin Davis is also joining us this night. He is one of the members from the talented group Between Bluffs. Justin also has a wide repertoire of musical talent. You might see him with an upright bass , banjo or guitar playing anything from classical to bluegrass. We're goin with bluegrass for this one.
And the almighty Free Range Rooster's will top off this evening with some good ole foot stompin music that's bound to knock your socks and shoe's off and get you dancin for sure. This trio has many years of playin music under there belt and can belt out tunes like you wouldn't believe. Jack Collins heads out this trio with amazing guitar, vocals, harmonica and mandolin. Paulie G on guitar and vocals adds the finishing touch to the mix to make this a band worth crowing about. And what would bluegrass be without a great fiddle player. Bud Greene joined the roosters and turned this band into a true bluegrass festival band. They are without there beloved friend Jack Ray on Bass but i'm sure one of our other guest would love to join them for a few songs. And maybe if our luck is going good this night we will have the pleasure of Ashlynn Greene joining in for some of the sweetest vocals you've ever heard along with some banjo pickin. You want some Bluegrass? Well we got it here friday night, Oct. 14th.
